Hi,
I've configured my chart DOMs to display the full bid/offer stack in the buy/sell columns but they seem to be frozen across all the products I'm following right now. I see a live bid size / ask size for the current price, but the rest of the bid / offer stack is stale data. Here is a screenshot showing what I see: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1520518131237.png

Any idea what's wrong here? Again I'm seeing the same thing on all my DOMs. Thanks

When I closed Sierra Chart and restarted, everything seemed normal again, but this has happened a few times lately and I'd prefer not to have to close and restart everything during the trading day

We were going to say to reconnect the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

There definitely is no need to restart.

We see you are using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. We have never seen a problem like this. We are not seeing it ourselves. At this time not sure why this would be happening.

Make sure you are not using the low bandwidth option:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Low Bandwidth Option

But if you were, you would not see any market depth.

Just to follow up, since my last restart I have not seen a reoccurrence of this problem. If I do, I will post here again.
