Problem with

I am running vers. 1712 (Win10)

Now I do have problems with the download of the current version.

After pressing "download..." it starts with downloading the software and asking "save all?". After this Win10 is asking to start the "...Downloader..." I confirm with "Yes" but nothing happens. In the past it start automatically.

I have that problem on two different systems (laptop and pc). Both are running Win 10 and with vers. 1712

In the past there were no problems just now.

After Download "Current Version" or "PreRelease" I got Icons on my Desk.

If I click on than it starts with vers. 1713. But SC is complete new. Wether Data/ Trade Service Setting nor charts and and and.

If I use the icon from my task bar, than it starts ver. 1712 but all data included.

You have installed version 1713 into the default folder which is C:\SierraChart\, while you have 1712 running from C:\SierraChart_AMP\

To upgrade your 1712 Version of Sierra Chart, you need to run the installer again, and make sure to install Sierra Chart to: C:\SierraChart_AMP\

Sorry ...

I think I see the problem. My Folder Name for SC is: "SierraChart_(BrokerName)". With the new update I got a new Folder "SierraChart"

I have solved the problem as follows: I changed my Folder Name in "SierraChart" and I made a new download. Than I started "SierraChartFileDownloader.exe" manually.

After installation SC started with the new vers. 1713. In the past I could work with my Folder "SierraChart_(BrokerName)" without any problems.

Today I had the same problem. Intention was to download Prerelease but it started automatically.

I disabled the UAC (first time - in the past it was still on) and now it works. I download PreRelease again and it starts automatically. I am running now 1715
