You have installed version 1713 into the default folder which is C:\SierraChart\, while you have 1712 running from C:\SierraChart_AMP\ To upgrade your 1712 Version of Sierra Chart, you need to run the installer again, and make sure to install Sierra Chart to: C:\SierraChart_AMP\ Sierra Chart Support
