I am able to connect to the data feed - the status bar is green, inside it is: DF:27 ST:1,1 but the chart is not updating. It downloads historical data and that is all. The QuoteBoard shows Symbol and Time but the Last Daily/Change and Bid all show 0.0 I have been through the instructions located here - Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart but have not found a solution. Please advise. Thank you. |
