May I ask if I use a five minutes candlestick bar and I choose Cumulative Delta Ticks High function, does it mean that the value indicates how many times the price had moved from a lower tick price to an upper tick price within these five minutes? If not, is there any number bar indicators which may help me to arrive the same function? Thank you for your help my friend.

Sorry. I forgot to mention it's in the number bar calculated values as I cannot see it in the manual.
