What did you try or examine exactly? The documentation is very clear on all of the reasons why an order may not fill. With what you are doing and the data that you see in the chart, and in combination with the documentation you have a better perspective on this than we do. We have noticed that this issue only happens with the latest Sierra version. In the old one that we have moved back - version 1663 it doesn't happen. The issue is simple - we set a limit SELL order and it doesn't get filled regardless the prices on the chart. We have followed that above page and it didn't help. The only solution was to move back to version 1663. |

Provide detailed step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the problem. We need detailed instructions that tell us specifically what you are doing including opening the chart and the particular symbol. And if you are replaying a chart we need to know that as well. We have been contemplating this, and it occurred to us that maybe there is a problem when orders are submitted from a sub instance or through the DTC server. When simulated orders originate through the DTC server the orders are not filling. This is now resolved. We will be releasing version 1714.
