I just added a service credit and selected activate real time connection. I then went to select exchange data and it told me I don't have a real time connection. I am not playing this game with you guys again. The last time this happened, I hit the select real time connection and your ridiculous system told me I paid for two months

up a real time chart in the middle of the day, not being able to trade Dow 30 stocks (INTC), I am not sure I will be here that long.

Also, you guys have been sending me notices that my services don't expire for two more days. Does anyone there know what is going on?
