I just added a service credit and selected activate real time connection. I then went to select exchange data and it told me I don't have a real time connection. I am not playing this game with you guys again. The last time this happened, I hit the select real time connection and your ridiculous system told me I paid for two months up a real time chart in the middle of the day, not being able to trade Dow 30 stocks (INTC), I am not sure I will be here that long. Also, you guys have been sending me notices that my services don't expire for two more days. Does anyone there know what is going on? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-03-01 14:55:22
