Dear support,

I can see there are delayed CME data like NQ and YM futures (more then 10's seconds) from Sierra chart. It lasts for more then two days. These data feeds also very often blackout with message: Waiting to download historical data. It isn't possible to live trade with such an issue. Do you know when will you fix it?

Thanks for your reply

We need to understand this better. Do you mean that the data feed completely stops and then continues? Or it is actually just lagging? If it is lagging this may be an Internet connectivity issue on your side.

These data feeds also very often blackout with message: Waiting to download historical data. It isn't possible to live trade with such an issue.
In regards to this, there was a software update done on one of our servers early this morning. That would have caused users to switch to the other server which would have interrupted the feed for two seconds for you. Also the charts would download missing historical data which would take another few seconds. But during that downloading time you would still see the price box on the right side of the chart update.

There have been no other interruptions the last few days. Any software updates are always done between 5 PM to 6 PM US Eastern time when the CME is down.

It is lagging approx. 10 to 20 seconds. Sometimes all charts completely stop with message: Waiting to download historical data.

Besides that I deleted all data (I use only four last emini futures symbols) and let Sierra downloads them as a brand new. Even downloading historical tick data is very slow. I had to wait to download 2 months of Mar NQ future for over 1 hour. I am pretty sure it isn't caused by my internet connection, please check screenshot I made few minutes ago (my connection is cable with more then 50Mbps).

I use latest version 1705 of Sierra, my OS is Windows 10. Performance of my computer wouldn't be issue as well (second screenshot).

What do you suggest?

I don't use any proxy server or anything what coudl slow down internet connection. When I see how slow is downloading historical data from your servers, it seems there must be problem between my computer and Sierra servers, because the speed is really slow. On attached screenshot is what I see for more then 30 minutes...

Finally solved. There was a problem on my side... something between my computer and ISP. I restarted router and it is working fine now.

Thank you for your help!
