could someone please provide me with the 'default' values Trade > Chart DOM Settings specifically the top two sections Order Types Above/Equal Last Order Types Below/Equal Last Thank you |

thanks, I am now 1/2 complete, which enables the trade volume bars on the left side of the window? I tried all the checkbox's and none of them enabled them. Please see attached |
