OEC - Data Disconnects/Missing Data - Feb 05, Feb 06 - SYmbols ES, NQ

SC Version 1695 Began having data disconnect issues yesterday (Feb 05) during volatile, fast sessions in ESH8, NQH8. Data would be missing and delete and download would not correct (until end-of-the-day). Same issues today - multiple disconnects and historical data is missing from approximately 09:40ET forward. Delete and download does not fill and data resumes at time of attempted delete-download. The issue seems to be with SC since a chart in OEC Trader shows all data for both ES and NQ. UPDATE - Just noticed on other symbols (6EH8,6BH8,6AH8,6CH8,ZBH8,ZFH8,ZNH8,GCLH8,QMH8) - there is a data gap from about 11:10ET to 11:25ET |

The issue seems to be with SC since a chart in OEC Trader shows all data for both ES and NQ. No, incorrect conclusion. Contact Gain Capital about it. Numerous reports of problems yesterday and today with that data feed.Sierra Chart uses the FIX/FAST data feed from Gain Capital which is different. When there is a data feed problem, this then affects our historical data collection, which then results in missing data. At the moment we cannot even connect to the Gain Capital data feed.
