New data provider and certain contracts aren't showing

I switched data providers from Rithmic to CQG this week. Most of the futures contracts will load, but certain further out months will not. Crude Oil 2018 December futures will not load, Wheat March 2019, etc. They all worked with Rithmic. I contacted my data provider and checked on the CQG desktop app and they work on it. I have triple checked the symbol, updated and fully reset the global symbols, deleted and re-downloaded the data, and made sure the current version is installed. any help or ideas with this? |

The data is available. Although you do not see these futures contracts listed in File >> Find Symbol you can manually type the symbol. Refer to: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Using Expired Futures Contracts If there still is a problem, follow the below instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. Thank you. Wheat 2019 worked with a daily chart but not intraday. Crude oil also. I appreciate expanding the data.

The intraday data for March 2019 wheat has always been there. Perhaps you are asking about the mini wheat contract? We posted an image of the chart above. The additional crude oil contracts have now been added.
