Spreadsheet studies stop receiving stack/pull data

I need to get this problem resolved. basically, i leave sierracharts on all the time and on occasion internet goes down in the middle of the night while computer is windows 10 locked. I have 2 spreadsheet studies on my chart using stack/pull DOM data. When i return to desk in morning, dom data since the disconnect/reconnect, is all 0's until the sierrachart screen is looked at. any suggestion as to why dom data goes missing after disconnect?

Yes we do remember this from before and we did follow-up with a question related to how this problem can be reproduced. How are you doing this?: I have 2 spreadsheet studies on my chart using stack/pull DOM data.
A spreadsheet can use the Depth of Market Data study but cannot access the stacking and pulling data.And in general, from our perspective trying to understand exactly what you are doing and what the problem is really next to impossible. It inherently also makes no sense why it would occur but then again we probably are not understanding it clearly anyway. Engineering Is there an update to SC possibly giving Spreadsheets access to pulling/stacking data? I realize this is a 3 plus year old thread, thanks in advance |
