I'm having reconnection issues. The connection restarts several times an hour. The issue is new and there has been no change in hardware, software or peripherals. Just looking for the source of the issue and want your perspective. Thanks. There are two things that we have done that potentially could help. These are both in the latest prerelease 1693: -Automatic reconnecting in the background when using the CQG FIX Trading service. Although if the connection is being lost to the CQG web API which is used for market data, a full reconnect will still occur. But you do not have to use the CQG Web API for market data and can use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed instead: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed In this case you will need to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Setting >> Connect to Market Data Server to False. -Increased the incoming socket level buffer size to 1 MB from 256 kB.
