second install SC error failed to start listening on port 11099

hi,
i installed a second copy of SC
and i get this error
i think i need to set it to listen to an other port , if so, what port should i use ??

You need to disable the DTC server.

I followed the intructions outlined on this page and I still get the same error message.
I then deleted the whole folder for the second instance and the error message still remains?!

This is not making any sense whatsoever. This is point-blank simple. The name of the section linked to is "Resolving DTC Protocol Server Port Number Conflicts".

The instructions simply are explaining to disable the DTC server.

Document here the steps that you are following, and how you come to conclusion that it does not resolve the problem?
