Is there a way to know if a certain bar's alert has been triggered besides duplicating the whole AND statement with [-1] on it?

I would like to prevent the alert on the current bar from being triggered if the previous bar had already been triggered.

Thanks

For something advanced like this you really need to use ACSIL:

I appreciate your answer, I've been studying your examples but haven't got around to getting my hands around it yet. Thanks.

Two more questions, if you'd rather I open a new thread I can:

1. Can you place the closing price of the previous bar minus a certain amount in ticks or dollars using studies? I see the "text display for study" but I can't figure out how to manipulate the values available for display. How would you go about tackling this using just plain studies if possible? This is just a nice to have, not critical.

2. Is there a way to hide the little moving price ticker on the scale of the chart? I use the chart values tool quite often and it sometimes makes it difficult to manage my orders with that thing in the way.

I love this software - thank you.

1. Have a look at using the arithmetic studies for this:

2. No, not at this time.
