gap fill on open

Can you tell me why i'm getting this gap fill of bars on the open? I have the chart settings set to "Gap Fill - None" but for some reason, i'm now getting this gap fill on only this chart. i have other renko charts that are acting as expected, and not filling the gap. this chart is tied to a spreadsheet so i really don't want to have to remove it and rebuild it. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1515596495156.png |

Update to the current version of Sierra Chart following the instructions here: Software Download: Fast Update And make sure Chart >> Chart Settings >> New Bar at Session Start is enabled. Hello, I have the current version of Sierra, chart settings gap fill is set on "none", new bar at session start is enabled. But it keeps to show the gap bar. Why is that? Thank you |

Make sure your Session Times are set to cover the full 24 hours of trading time (or whatever is the appropriate trading time for the instrument on which you are having an issue). https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1714325935206.png This is my chart. I do not want that fill gap bar between the days. My session time i 9.30-16.30 NY time. In my chart settings the Gap Fill is setting on "none". How can I remove it? |

Make sure the option for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times >> New Bar at Session Start" is set to "Yes".
