I have been trying to pay Sierra chart using Paypal for a few days unsuccessfully. It says "Sorry but you Mastecard xxx is decline..." When I used the same Paypal account (and same credit card) through the Alternative Payment Method (Safecharge), the payment is completed. However this incurs a 5% surcharge...which obviously I would like to avoid. Can you please check why the "direct" payment for Sierra Chart using Paypal is not working. Many thanks |

We do know that MasterCard has implemented some new rules which is resulting in this. We do not know the specific details. This whole thing is very unfortunate. We will contact PayPal about this.
