I have been trying to pay Sierra chart using Paypal for a few days unsuccessfully. It says "Sorry but you Mastecard xxx is decline..." When I used the same Paypal account (and same credit card) through the Alternative Payment Method (Safecharge), the payment is completed. However this incurs a 5% surcharge...which obviously I would like to avoid. Can you please check why the "direct" payment for Sierra Chart using Paypal is not working. Many thanks |
