I am not receiving any RT data for equities this morning. Historical appears to load fine. Version 1681. Cannot try 1682 as it just crashes on startup. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-01-05 14:03:23

RT data is coming through since the open, but there are some gaps in historical data, e.g. in TSLA. Delete & download does not fix that problem. I installed 1682 via the updater. Reliably crashes on Win 7 x86_64. |

We do see missing pre-market historical data. That is on one of the servers that is using the new Barchart Open Feed. We will have to look into that. Regarding the problem with version 1682 does this problem occur when you open your Chartbook? Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Actually we think we know what the problem is now. Disregard the prior post #7, which is now hidden. If you update to the latest prerelease with Help >> Download Prerelease, you will now get the current version and should not have any problem. We are certain you were running a much older version of Sierra Chart because the wrong installer was being downloaded earlier today , and that is the reason for this problem to begin with.
