Actually we think we know what the problem is now. Disregard the prior post #7, which is now hidden. If you update to the latest prerelease with Help >> Download Prerelease, you will now get the current version and should not have any problem. We are certain you were running a much older version of Sierra Chart because the wrong installer was being downloaded earlier today , and that is the reason for this problem to begin with.
