Hello, I am trying to show live data for NQ through Ninjatrader Brokerage. (SQG webAPI) Still see error: Symbol is unknown, real time data are not allowed. Can you help me please? |

Thank you, that is set properly. I am connected but see only historical data. I bought 1st Real-Time Data Connection. I think that is mandatory for CME.? I can see: Is Approved for CME nonprofessional Trading accounts exchange fees: Yes. Is it necessary to buy CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts even if I have data from continuum already? Thank you, P. |

OK we see. We did not notice you had the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed active. In this particular case, you do need to activate this exchange: Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts 3.25 USD/month You can do this here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures You can get the data through CQG if you want but since you already have the data feed active you might as well use it for this month and then can cancel it at the end of the month. I still dont understand. My broker told me that through CQG FIX Trading is not possible have market data: Hello Petr, Are you asking about CQG Fix Trading? We do not support that data connection. The Continuum connection you have currently is CQG Data, but it's just a different API. Not all APIs are compatible with all platforms. |

When using CQG FIX Trading, for market data Sierra Chart will use the CQG Web API(also apparently called continuum) in the background for this.
