Position Quantity (J5,J8) always zero in spreadsheet

I want to trade HSI option e.g. MHI-OPT-201801-30800-C-HKFE-10-HKD with spreadsheet through the trade provider IB . I find the cells J5 and J8 always output 0 even though the order has filled. Pls note it is normal for the HSI futures.
