HI, I tried paying you two times in a row with paypal but both the times the payment failed due to unknown reasons. I have a mastercard credit card and always paid it through dalpay but i see it on your webpage that dalpay has dropped mastercard. Can you help me to pay through my mastercard for sierra chart. using safecharge it asks for a paypal account. I don't have a paypal account and prefer not to register a new account unless I dont have no other option. Can you tell me why has dalpay dropped mastercard option and can we expect anyother option than paypal for mastercard users anytime soon?

We will set up another MasterCard option. Just give us one or two days. We have extended your account until January 14. We do not know the reasoning, but due to changes with MasterCard rules, they cannot accept MasterCard in relation to our account because we are not EU-based and also due to the particular merchant category. But there are workarounds for this like PayPal and other payment processors. But it just means slightly higher processing fees. And why PayPal is not taking your card, we do not know. Hi, I again tried paying you through paypal both via dalpay and safecharge. dalpay gives the same error msg that something is not working properly and try again later. safecharge still asks for paypal account.
