Hi!
My EURJPY intraday chart (30 min) downloads only last 21 days of data but I need last 365 days and I tried every possible solution.
With other currency pairs (EURUSD, USDJPY, USDCHF) I am able to download longer history, but not with EURJPY.
I am using IB service and I have checked 'allow support for SC data feeds' option.
Also options for date range in file and number of days to load are set correctly (365 days to load and period from 2017-01-02).
I tried deleting all data and download for that chart, disconnect and connect, updating symbols from server, and I have even bought package 5 of SC but nothing...
Do you have any idea what could be the problem?
Thanks

You need to follow through the step-by-step instructions here:

We verified that there is no server problem in regards to this particular symbol.

Noup... Nothing helps...
I changed the ticker to EURJPY (regular forex symbol and not IB symbol) and now it is ok...
If I understood it correctly, history older than 21 days is coming from SC source (because 'allow support for SC data feeds' is checked),
so it should be same for both EURJPY and EUR.JPY-CASH-IDEALPRO-BID symbols?
I need this for backtesting...
