Hi,

Would it be possible to connect a second instance of Sierra chart to a second BitMex account ?

i know BitMex will generate me a second and different API code
but in BitMex i also need to specify my user name , and obviously this is the same SC user name for both BitMex accounts
in the Sierra chart data connection setting i see nothing to seperate the 2 account

Yes this is no problem. You can use the same Sierra Chart account. You can choose between the accounts through the Trade Window:

That is not working for me

i generated a second API key on the second BitMex account
BUT ona account #1 and #2 i need to put in my SC user name , so this is the same on both account

now when i star a second SC it connect to the same account , and i have now option as to select a second account

Based on what you are saying it does not sound like there is a problem.

Just use the account you want to use by selecting it through the Trade Window:
