Having trouble creating a continuous natural gas chart, always wanting to roll to same month contract (ex. march). How is a continuous contract created with using same month, or not rolling to a different months contract.

So you want for each year in the chart to always use March?

Therefore, use the "Continuous Futures Contract - Rollover Each Year. Same Month" Continuous Contract option:

I had used Continuous Futures Contract - Rollover Each Year. Same Month, but does not chart anything from 02/24-12/27 every year.

OK so it would seem for example for the year 2017 you would want to be charting the March 2018 contract?

Once the March 2017 futures contract expires or is close to expirying in 2017, then yes you would be charting the March 2018 contract the rest of 2017..

I downloaded current version and says, and now says I am using version 1674. Shouldn't it be version 1678?
