I am getting error messages - download failed when i pull up charts.
CQG Fix Data Feed
I am getting that message on all symbols.
this all happened when i tried to rollover crude oil- rolled to Feb 2018 Cl contract on CME- F.US.CLEG18
I can pull some data and i can get current price but data roll is incorrect and gaps in data on chart.
I tried update symbol settings

i did redownload of data


I also tried a total reset of data.

still having same issue

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

The problem is now solved.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
