What is wrong with SC quotes in the last week??? They go through short periods where they stop updating, then start again. This is annoying and hard to trade off of. I have other platforms and can see this happening with SC.

We see no evidence of a problem and have no other reports of this.

Go to a chart and select File >> Open Time and Sales Window.

When you see a time when there is no updating and then you see new trades occur, are the timestamps delayed? If so, by how much?
