I have two issues that may be related:

1) I have to disconnect and reconnect to receive updated data (SC Data package)

2) When updating, it says "Exchange not authorized", although on my account page, it says that full CME is activated

I may have overlooked an obvious thing somewhere, my apologies in advance.

It is working now, thank you for the pointer.

I think the issue was that the brokerages specified in SC and my SC user account did not match.
