I have two issues that may be related:

1) I have to disconnect and reconnect to receive updated data (SC Data package)

2) When updating, it says "Exchange not authorized", although on my account page, it says that full CME is activated

I may have overlooked an obvious thing somewhere, my apologies in advance.
