We are going to prepare detailed documentation for this but what you need to do is make sure that Chart >> Chart Settings >> New Bar at Session Start is enabled. hi! Nope, that's not it. I had that already set. When I do "Delete and Download..." request goes to either ds3.sierracharts.com or ds4.sierracharts.com and the chart looks like in my original post, depending on the server... All times are in UTC. |

We have looked at this and there is a difference in data being transmitted from BitMEX on different connections. Will synchronize the data since December 10. But you are going to have inconsistencies with Volume bar charts There is nothing we can do about this. We will not be responding further about this. We did contact BitMEX about the issue. The resolution of the problem will need to come from their side.
