Could you please tell me what is the ticker for the CBOE/CFE bitcoin futures with Interactive Brokers? I have it on the IB platform but can't find it on SC. Thanks. |

Expiration dates are listed incorrectly that's why the intraday's don't work. e.g. GXBT-20180117-CFECRYPTO-USD-1 works intraday and historical e.g. GXBT-20180100-CFECRYPTO-USD-1 which is the one listed on SC works historical only |

OK, so unfortunately, the week has to be specified as well. We still have to develop a solution to that. Actually we did not even realize, that there were the extra characters in the pattern for the week. But that does make sense because we copied the volatility index futures pattern as a reference. I am using GXBT-20180200-CFECRYPTO-USD-1. My chart is not updating in real time. I enabled CFE data at IB and the IB trade window is showing real time updates for GCBT. Invalid field #541. I have the latest SC just downloaded it. Message from IB: No historical data query found for ticker id:14. IB Error Code: 366. In TWS check for the exact expiration date. The last two zeros here: 20180200, need to be a particular day most likely. It seems that those last 2 numbers are number for wednesday in third week of month (given that weekend starts on sunday) because I have tested following symbols that works with intraday data: GXBT-20180314-CFECRYPTO-USD-1 GXBT-20180418-CFECRYPTO-USD-1 + GXBT-20180117-CFECRYPTO-USD-1 from above |
