Trade info on Sierra Chart doesn't match Interactive brokers

Hello,

I have an issue where the trade information does not update on sierra chart if I make order modifications on the TWS mobile app. For example, I had an open position on Friday which I opened on Sierra chart. I ended up leaving the house and closing the position with the TWS mobile app. Now today my sierra chart is still showing that this position is still open even though the trade is closed in the actual broker.

How do I get sierra chart to update this?

I tried clicking on Trade > Refresh Trade Data from Service but it does not work.

Hello,

I am having this same issue once again.

There are two orders that I executed yesterday outside of sierra chart to close positions and Sierra Chart is still showing the positions as open. I went to the trade activity log and can see the fills there. They are filled under IB Historical Fills Data (Restored) but for some reason on the chart it still shows my position like so it believes I still have this trade. I need to fix this asap. Please help.
