I am an Infinity Futures customer and I am using AT/Sierra charts. I talked with my broker and he directed me to you. I am having an issue with the "Time and Sales" window/charts. For the last two weeks or so mine have been blinking as new bid/ask orders are added on the Time and Sales window. The “Time and Sales” charts actually turn white for a split second and then display correctly. This happens on both the RTYZ7 and ESZ7 charts, which are the ones I am looking at. It happens irregularly, maybe three to ten times a minute, and is very distracting. When this started a few weeks ago, I updated the AT/Sierra chart software to the latest versions, but that didn’t resolve the issue. Anything you could suggest would greatly be appreciated. Thanks…

Are you running windows 10?

It sounds like a Windows 10 problem.

Make sure you are running the current version of Sierra Chart:
Software Download: Fast Update

But there have been no prior versions which would have any problem like this anyway. Something like this is basically unheard of.

It is also possible that you are not really understanding the real root of the problem and instead what you are seeing is just a high CPU usage condition. Refer to help topic 30 in this case:

The most likely condition is there is a high CPU usage condition.
