Chartbook problems

Hi, For the last 7 days I have continous problems with chartbooks. If the the chartbook had say 20 charts and I would open it, it only shows 10-12. After I restart sierra the issue is the same, sometimes shows even fewer chart than earlier say 9-10. I never experienced that issue earlier, but the last 7-10 days it is a constant problem. Please help,

I use XP on my tradestation as my multi monitor videocards work with xp only unfortunately. Until I haven't updated sierra for months it was fine, but I haven't got live data for some symbol, so I updated the current version. I see no Message Log since last upgrade, as the whole messagelog window is black. Did you improve something which is not working with xp? May be I could use an older version of sierra, could you send me a link for a version of 2016 to download?

so I updated the current version. I see no Message Log since last upgrade, as the whole messagelog window is black. This is a color settings issue. Ok thank you. I noticed that 3-4 larger cryptocurrencies (dshusd, xmrusd,zecusd, are not operating in your list. Is there any possibility that they would give data, at least end of day in the near future?
