Futures Data not updating

Hi there. I am new to SC. Only a few days into my demo period. My futures charts quit updating. If I disconnect then reconnect they manually update, but won't update again until I do the reconnection thing again. Forex chart working fine.

I have been through all the trouble shooting on this page http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails3.html#h3.5

Nothing seemed to work. Any other ideas?

For real-time futures data, refer to the documentation here about this:

Based on the particular Service in Sierra Chart you are using, you could not have been getting real-time futures data since you have not activated the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.
