Thank you but I dont understand this at all. What shall I input so that I get this done? Forex 24 markets, no evening session needed, right now I have 00:00:00 - 23:59:59

For the Session Times in Chart >> Chart Settings. Use the following:
Start Time: 17:00:00
End Time: 16:59:59
