Sierra Chart Real-Time Exchange Data Feed not working with CQG

US Equities are not loading when connected to CQG Datafeed. It works only when connecting to SC Data All services. I have created a symbol in global symbol settings. Why is this datafeed stuff so complicated implemented in SC. |

There should not be a problem with this. We need to see a complete Message Log following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. I cleared message log and updated symbol settings for SC Data. Still same error. If I download with SC Data it works(quite slow). With CQG no data is received. GE is valid symbol. Please check.

The symbol data requests are not being routed properly in both of these cases.
