Support Request:

Prices on my CME futures charts stopped streaming for several minutes about 15min ago.
My system is OK as CFD prices kept moving on Sierra whilst CME stopped.
All prices OK now.
Was this an isolated incident?
Are all the Barchart problems from yesterday fully resolved.
Please advise

Make sure Sierra Chart is connected to your live trading account at least once a month. Refer to:

https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#ConnectingOnlyOnceAMonthToTradingAccount

Barchart has told us that the network issues they had two days ago were resolved that day.

Thank you for the reply.
For info, Trade Service settings is connected to TransAct all the time, so that was not the cause.

Restart Sierra Chart.

Connect to the data feed (File >> Connect to Data Feed), open the Chartbooks and then provide a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions:

Everything in the Message Log looks OK.

Could we call and look at this with remote assistance?

I closed Sierra as requested prior to sending the log.
When I re-opened Sierra the chartbook on Instance 2 did not open correctly - only one of the 5 charts appeared. Maybe somthing to do with the stopped data flow?
I have re-loaded the chartbook from a backup file. Everything now working OK.
The charts kept updating perfectly during the market turbulence a couple of hours ago, so I suggest we close this thread.
I will be back in touch to arrange remote assistance in the event of recurrence.

This sounds like some kind of memory or resource issue.

Perhaps it could have caused a problem with the data feed. It is hard to say. We would not normally think so though.
