I closed Sierra as requested prior to sending the log.
When I re-opened Sierra the chartbook on Instance 2 did not open correctly - only one of the 5 charts appeared. Maybe somthing to do with the stopped data flow?
I have re-loaded the chartbook from a backup file. Everything now working OK.
The charts kept updating perfectly during the market turbulence a couple of hours ago, so I suggest we close this thread.
I will be back in touch to arrange remote assistance in the event of recurrence.
