Is it ok to leave Sierra open all the time? How often should I restart?

I'm basically wondering if it's ok to leave Sierra running at all times? Is there anything I should be aware of in terms how often I should be restarting or clearing a cache of some sort? Thanks |

Yes you can leave it running all the time for even a year if you want.
