I would like to be able to grab my price chart with a click and hold of the mouse button and move my price chart anywhere I want within the chart window. I have searched everywhere and cannot seem to find any information If this is possible.

The Hand Tool specifically states horizontal movement. I am looking for a way to move anywhere. Is this possible?

That "Enable Vertical Movement" was the key to what I was looking for, I was going nuts thanks....
