Rithmic Trading data disconnect message through Sierra Chart

At Sierra Chart Message Log time stamp beginning 15:50:44 today (2017-11-30) I received the message "Rithmic Trading System Trading Connection Broken" and connection to external service has been lost and reconnection to the server will be made in 2 seconds. Then at 15:50:49 "Connect event error" due to "target machine actively refused it."

Please let me know if, from the SIerra Chart functionality, something must be done or better coordinated with Rithmic.

I have also put in a service investigation with my brokerage and Rithmic.

I have read that Sierra Chart programmers recommend against using Rithmic in unison with Sierra Chart software. I must pay for usage of Rithmic as my trading execution platform and gives me data feed included (most reliable and lowest latency I have experienced from a couple years ago). Do you still suggest there is a connectivity and data flow inefficiency using Sierra Chart and Rithmic data feed?

Really with a problem like this there is nothing we can do better on our side. Who is your futures broker?
