data or charts stalling

hello, i'm trying to find out who would assist with issues i'm having where my charts (or data ?) is stalling while trading live. the bars will stop printing for about 10-20 seconds then print a dozen bars at once. i do not have internet issues and it's not always in fast markets. thanks |

We see you are using CTS and there is not a practical solution available for this at this time. Who is your futures broker?
