Who is your futures broker?

For an immediate solution use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed which supports full integration with CTS:

However, tell us the particular firm, username and server settings for CTS you are using in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Tell us through an Account Support ticket:
