Sierra chart error while opening and saving

Getting the following error while opening and saving in sierrachart -

"Failed to open the configuration file when saving. configuration not saved. Error. Windows Error code 5. Access is denied."

Tried reinstalling in the same directory as per your reinstall instructions, but still get this error. Any help appreciated.
