Market Depth histogram on DOM (1st column)

When I add the NQZ7 chart to the chartbook and open a dom for it nothing shows for the market depth histogram. Is there a way to get this to show?

When I add the NQZ7 chart to the chartbook and open a dom for it nothing shows for the market depth histogram (i.e. the first column). Is there a way to get data to show in this column? I checked and market depth data appears in the market depth window. |
