Charts saying "download failed" when access on Parallels for Mac

I downloaded parallels so I can run Windows on my Macbook, no issues, download sierra chart, no issues. I even clicked on my chart that I trade with daily on my windows desktop and all my market tabs opened up on the Mac Parallels. Unfortunately I'm getting all blank black screens that say download failed when I open it up. (See screen shot).

Any idea why it's doing this and how to fix it? I had to get Parallels so I can still trade on my Macbook when I am traveling in December.

If anyone can walk me through this it would be very helpful. Attached image of what I am seeing right now.
