Flatten and reverse buttons won't work

When trying to use these functions in sierra charts the buttons seem to be disabled. I am in a position and I am not able to close out when hitting the flatten button. See screenshot for reference.

Apparently you have disabled both the Flatten and Reverse buttons. The Cancel All button cannot be disabled.
